Shipping Method

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges may vary depending on the method, weight, and dimensions of the product(s), and the delivery location.

  • Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at the time of checkout before you confirm your order.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 4–7 working days

  • Express Delivery: 3–4 working days

  • Rest of India: 7–9 working days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to product availability, location, and other external factors.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this to track your shipment either on our website (if available) or directly on the courier partner’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we only ship within India.

  • We do not deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Delivery Issues

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue at the earliest, either through replacement or another appropriate solution.

Delayed Delivery

We make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Regional restrictions or government regulations

⚠️ Express shipping refers to our priority service, but it does not guarantee delivery within a specific time frame.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, even in cases of delayed or non-delivery within the expected timeframe.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Refunds will be processed as per our Refund & Return Policy.
