Refund Policy

At Needyfyyy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel an order or request a replacement. Our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy ensures that such situations are handled fairly and transparently.


Cancellation Policy

  • Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch by emailing us at needyfyyy@gmail.com with their Order ID.

  • A full refund will be issued to the customer’s original payment method if the order is cancelled within the allowed period.

  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


Return / Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at needyfyyy@gmail.com with your Order ID, description of the issue, and clear product photos.

  • Replacements will be provided for the same product, subject to availability.

  • For a return to be accepted, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with tags, labels, and price tags intact. Returns will not be accepted if the packaging or tags are missing/damaged.

  • If the product is out of stock, customers may choose to receive a full refund or select an alternative product of equal value.

  • The replacement policy applies only to products that are defective or damaged on arrival, and not to products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or negligence after delivery.

  • Please note: We do not provide reverse pickup. Customers are required to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. The return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received at our warehouse and has passed quality checks.

  • Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment. In exceptional cases, we may request bank account or UPI details. Please ensure correct details are provided, as Needyfyyy will not be responsible for incorrect fund transfers.

  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

  • Express shipping is a priority service, but it does not guarantee delivery within a fixed timeframe. Refunds for shipping delays or non-delivery due to factors beyond our control will not be provided.

  • If the customer refuses the delivery or if the order is undeliverable due to customer negligence, a restocking fee of up to 20%, along with actual shipping charges, will be deducted from the refund amount. Even if free shipping was offered, the actual courier charges incurred will be deducted from the refund.


Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements will be refused if customers fail to comply with the terms of this policy.

  • Once a refund is initiated and confirmed via email, Needyfyyy will coordinate with the respective financial institutions. If you experience delays, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.
