Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are deemed as offers from you to purchase products. Orders are confirmed once we issue a confirmation email and/or SMS/WhatsApp confirmation. Acceptance of your order is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Prices

  • All prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Prices applicable at the time of placing the order will apply.

  • Posted prices include applicable taxes. If additional taxes, fees, or charges apply, they will be mentioned at checkout.

Payment

  • All payments must be made prior to shipment unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available and selected.

  • We accept payment via net banking, debit/credit cards, UPI, mobile wallets, and other secure payment gateways.

  • EMI options may be available on select products.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We arrange shipment of products through our logistics partners.

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and delays may occur due to unforeseen reasons. We are not liable for such delays.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the product.

  • For reverse shipments, if our logistics partner is unavailable, you may be requested to arrange courier return at your own end.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product during transit

  • Defective or incomplete package

Conditions:

  • Discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

  • For transit damages, issues must be reported within 48 hours.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • In some cases, we may request photographs of the product and packaging for verification.

Replacement Policy:

  • We will replace defective/damaged items with a brand-new product at no extra cost (subject to availability).

  • If the item is out of stock or discontinued, we may offer an alternate product.

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, chocolates) are non-returnable. Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled by you before they are shipped.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

    • Technical/pricing errors

    • Product unavailability

    • Payment issues flagged by fraud detection

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Restocking Fee

  • Select categories may attract a restocking fee (up to 10–25% depending on product type).

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be made after deducting the restocking fee.

User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account and password.

  • All activity under your account is your responsibility.

  • If under 18, you may use our website only under supervision of a parent/guardian.

Gift Vouchers / Wallet Credit

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless stated.

Users may post reviews and comments provided they are not illegal, offensive, defamatory, or misleading. By submitting content, you grant Needyfyyy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content across platforms.

Product Descriptions
